I started OPxHUMAN because I was tired of watching great teams get buried under broken processes, clunky tech, and corporate fluff. HR shouldn’t feel like the old HR everyone knows. It should feel like momentum. A partnership for the company and its employees.

I’ve stepped into high-growth environments where the people side of the business hadn’t caught up. I’ve built HR and People Operations from the ground up, blending both into one cohesive function that truly supports the business. Time and again, I saw the same issues: scattered efforts, unclear ownership, and critical people work getting deprioritized in the rush of “urgent” fires. So I started creating systems that don’t just check a box. They drive alignment, build trust, and create space for real progress.
